About SEEAL

Skills, Enterprise, Access & Livelihood

SEEAL Africa (Skills, Enterprise, Access & Livelihood) is a structured empowerment platform designed to equip youth, women, and vulnerable populations with practical vocational skills, enterprise pathways, behavioral support, and access to sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Through carefully designed cohorts, hands-on training, mentorship, and community partnerships, SEEAL transforms learning into earning and vulnerability into opportunity. The platform focuses on bridging the gap between skills acquisition and real income generation by providing participants with the tools, knowledge, starter support, and guidance needed to build sustainable enterprises and dignified livelihoods.

SEEAL operates across underserved communities in Africa, implementing practical, community-driven solutions that reduce poverty, promote inclusion, and strengthen local economic resilience.
An initiative of His Presence Chapel Inc. (USA), SEEAL works in synergy with RAHVAI (Rehabilitation and Hope for the Vulnerable in Africa Initiative) to deliver empowerment programs that are measurable, scalable, and impact-focused.

At SEEAL, skills are not taught for certificates — they are taught for income, independence, and long-term transformation.
